Out with the Old

Pulled the F20c and trans, along with cutting out the support that goes in front of the motor. This will be replaced later on the a more compact design in a farther forward location

I am wanting to have a super clean engine bay, so I have boxed in the tops of the frame rails and I am filling all the extra holes on the firewall. In the end everything will be smooth and color matched to the exterior of the car.

Soft top is officially gone and the hardtop will be securely mounted at (almost) all times.

With the addition of double the power and tripple the torque in stock form, the LS1 is going to require a beffier diff than the stock S2K diff. I chose to go with a Ford 8.8 IRS from an 03 Cobra. Mounting this in an ideal position requires removal of the stock tank. I added a 10 gallon fuel cell to the rear of the car
